Apple Store

Next stop - the Apple store. I had some fun playing with their iPhones. I found several Apps that I want to download onto my iTouch. And I checked out their cases for the iTouch. I didn't buy anything, but it was fun shopping in there. The entrance to the store is down some stairs in this glass structure. Or you can take the glass elevator down. Pretty fun.

Macy's

Macy's has some awesome old wooden escalators. I went all the way to the top and saw the McDonald's up there. Other than that, I wasn't really interested in shopping. I was impressed that they had an entire floor of petite sized clothing though. In Denver I'm lucky to find maybe 10-15 racks of petite clothing.

Katz Deli

Send a Salami to a boy in the Army.

Today I ventured all the way down to the Lower East Side and had lunch at Katz Deli. This deli has been around for over 100 years and still making the same food with the same recipes. This is also the place where they filmed the scene in the movie When Harry Met Sally where Meg Ryan's character stages a fake orgasm. I had a knish and a beer.

New York City

Happily playing with my iTouch at the airport. Little did I know that a half hour later I would leave my very expensive iTouch charger plugged in to a wall socket as I left to NYC. Dang.
